Example: copying a record from a database report

To copy a record from a database report, select all of the text in the row for which you are submitting information. (In Windows and Macintosh computers, this involves "dragging your mouse" across the text.) When it is selected, it will appear on your monitor more or less as shown here. Then copy. You can then paste the text where you wish.
