On March 15, first anniversary of the "bloody Saturday" when the Trump Administration shut down most of the Voice of America, I walked around the outside of the VOA headquarters in Southwest Washington DC. On the second floor, reportedly already vacated, a VOA logo in a window was sideways, as if a distress signal.
