Along the Highway
Willow Creek Vista Point and Picnic Area
Willow Creek Vista Point is located on the west side of Highway 1 just south of the bridge over Willow Creek. From the north end of the vista point, a road leads down to the creek and beach. This facility is under the jurisdiction of the Monterey Ranger District, Los Padres National Forest, U. S. Forest Service.
Willow Creek Road begins on the east side of Highway 1 a short distance south of the vista point. It provides seasonal access over 8.5 unpaved miles to Alder Creek Camp and Buckeye Trail.
